Hauenstein Immobilien AG is developing new construction projects, such as apartment buildings, single-family homes, and senior-friendly apartments, in the Lake Thun area.
It offers excellent value for money and provides close support for projects within a 45-minute drive of Thun.
These include, among others, the Fankhausergut development in Thun, the Sodmatte development in Spiez, the Astraareal development in Steffisburg, and the Herreney development in Interlaken.

Hotels & Restaurants
The Belvédère Strandhotel Spiez, the Deltapark Vitalresort Gwatt, and the Solbadhotel Sigriswil, as well as several restaurants.
These include the Burehuus restaurant in Thun and the Grizzlybär theme park in Forst-Längenbühl, as well as other restaurants at the hotels on Lake Thun—namely the Delta, Deltaverde, and the Delta Lounge and Bar at the Deltapark Vitalresort; the à la carte restaurant and the Captains Bar at the Bélvèdere Strandhotel; the Sunnepracht and Ralligen restaurants; and the Waldstube at the Solbadhotel Sigriswil.
In total, the three hotels offer 220 hotel rooms, suites, apartments, and lakeside villas, 3,000 m² of wellness facilities, and 30 conference rooms.
