These services are complemented by the PhysioFit Schönberg outpatient therapy and fitness centers in Gunten and Gwatt. Among other things, these centers offer physical therapy, medical exercise therapy, fitness, group classes, pelvic floor physical therapy, and PelviPower training.
The Schönberg Clinic offers two types of rehabilitation. The first is musculoskeletal rehabilitation, which involves inpatient follow-up care for conditions affecting the musculoskeletal system in patients requiring hospitalization. The second is geriatric rehabilitation, which involves inpatient follow-up care for a variety of conditions and other criteria, such as age-related multimorbidity, frailty, and instability, in patients requiring hospitalization.
The modular treatment program at the Schönberg Clinic allows for a stay tailored to individual needs. The “Basic Treatment” package serves as the foundation. Depending on medical needs and desired level of comfort, the basic package can be supplemented with the “Treatment” or “Dining” modules, or a combination of both.
PhysioFit Schönberg is the outpatient therapy and fitness center of the Schönberg Clinic and has locations in Gunten and Gwatt. Its wide range of services includes physical therapy, medical exercise therapy, fitness, and group classes, as well as specialized pelvic floor physical therapy.
With PelviPower, PhysioFit Schönberg also offers a modern pelvic floor training program using magnetic field technology. The training is suitable for both women and men and is easily performed while seated and wearing regular clothing.
DeltaVital is a program offered by the Deltapark Vitalresort in Gwatt. The program encompasses all services that advance the concept of wellness in a holistic and sustainable manner. Here, we offer programs designed to promote health and optimize performance in the areas of business, sports, and “Better Aging.” Experienced specialists in medicine, psychology, health promotion, and sports are available to provide workshops, coaching sessions, and check-ups.
